1. Always ride in control and respect your limits.

You must be able to stop and avoid any person or obstacle. Stay on trails and modules that correspond to your abilities. You are responsible for informing yourself about the levels of difficulty and choosing your route accordingly.

2. Wear a helmet and protective equipment appropriate to your riding style.

3. Check the condition of your bike or have it inspected by a professional before riding.

4. Don't drive if...

If you are physically incapacitated, tired or under the influence of drugs or alcohol

5. Be careful, module and trail conditions may vary.

Check their condition before riding them with confidence.

6. Follow the signs.

Stay on marked trails and never venture into closed sections. Do not make any changes to the route or build any new facilities without the authorization of the network manager.

7. Give way to cyclists in front of you.

On two-way trails, give way to cyclists going uphill.

8. Clear the runway.

If you have to stop, do so in a safe, visible place away from the track.

9. Help the rescue team.

If you are involved in, or witness, an accident, stay at the scene and identify yourself to rescue workers or bystanders.

10. Use lifts with care.

Ask the lift attendants if you're unfamiliar with how the lift works, and follow the rules posted along the way.

* Please note: physical disability refers to a precarious state of health, an at-risk physical condition or physical capacities weakened by injury.
