Come celebrate the 40th Tour de l’Île de Montréal with us!

It’s already time to start preparing for the 40th edition of the Tour de l’Île de Montréal, to be held on Sunday, June 1, 2025! For this anniversary, starting from Parc Maisonneuve, you’ll have the chance to discover the eastern tip of the metropolis on a magnificent route along the river. With streets closed to traffic and dedicated to thousands of cyclists, you’ll discover different parts of the city. Whether you’re a beginner or an enthusiast, there are routes to suit everyone (from 50 to 100 km). More than just a ride, this event is a real urban celebration, punctuated by entertainment and a festive village.

Join this emblematic event, which has been celebrating Montreal’s cycling culture for 40 years. Get your bikes ready and come experience an unforgettable Tour de l’Île!

Pick your distance : 2 course options

Choose the route that suits you best

the regular course, ideal for families with children or city bikers, this course offers a choice of routes ranging from 25 to 50 km, on car-free streets, through some of Montreal’s most beautiful spots;
the Discovery course, ideal for road bike enthusiasts, with longer routes ranging from 70 to 100 km. Enjoy the regular Tour de l’Île de Montréal route with thousands of other cyclists on streets closed to traffic, and extend the pleasure on marked streets open to traffic, allowing you to increase the distance of your urban bike ride.

Regular course

The regular Tour de l’Île de Montréal route lets you explore city on car-free streets, which are reserved for cyclists! This year, enjoy a 50 km regular course!
